Tom Brady is a Michigan man, so it’s understandable that the 7-time Super Bowl champion isn’t a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

During a media appearance on Monday, the topic of Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow came up, and Brady delivered a great line.

Brady and Burrow were both on “Let’s Go with Jim Gray” on Mad Dog Sports Radio on Monday, and Brady took a shot at the Buckeyes while praising Burrow’s decision to transfer from Ohio State to LSU (via 247Sports):

“Joe’s obviously a great player,” Brady said. “I think one of the (greatest) decisions he ever made was leaving Ohio State. You got out of that godforsaken place and (went to) LSU. As a Michigan man, I could tell how smart he was when he did that. One of the best you ever made Joe.”

It’s tough to disagree that Burrow made the right decision leaving Ohio State. At LSU, he won a national title and the Heisman Trophy. He also set numerous records.

Can he pick up his first Super Bowl ring on Sunday, Feb. 13, against the Los Angeles Rams? He’ll set even more records if he does. It should be a fun game in Los Angeles in a couple of weeks!
