In case you haven’t heard, LSU was upset by Troy 24-21 in Baton Rouge on Saturday night.

As a result, there is now a GoFundMe page dedicated to saving LSU Football (and getting rid of Ed Orgeron).

Someone named Chad McGehee, who is presumably a Tigers fan, is fed up with the state of the program.

He wrote this on the GoFundMe page:

“The AD couldn’t do it, so it is up to us … save our program, help our state. We have to remove Coach O and thanks to our AD, he has a huge buyout … time to take care of the cajun and protect LSU … Tell Joe and Oeaux goodbye.”

Could fans really raise enough money to cover a buyout? Would it matter? And if they don’t, where will this money end up going? Lots of questions here.

It didn’t take LSU fans long to turn against Orgeron. Maybe that’s just what happens when you lose to Troy.

Where’s Les Miles when you need him?
