One former LSU running back’s absence has led to a bigger role for another former Tiger.
Spencer Ware is out of Thursday night’s Kansas City Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Chargers game, but in his absence fellow former LSU RB Darrel Williams is seeing more snaps. One of those snaps resulted in the first touchdown of his career.
It’s Week 15, but better late than never. Williams’ rookie season will now include at least one scoring play.
