Caleb Dozier, LB/ATH out of Alabama, announces SEC commitment

Caleb Dozier, a 3-star linebacker out of Headland, Alabama, has announced a commitment to play in the SEC.
Dozier, who is listed at 6-foot-3 and 220 pounds, is ranked the No. 46 player in the state of Alabama by 247Sports, and the No. 128 athlete in the Class of 2024. He committed to Mississippi State, and announced it on social media. He made the announcement after he also has offers from Houston, Central Florida, UAB and Coastal Carolina.
Dozier is being recruited as a linebacker and as a tight end, and the Bulldogs have recruited him to play strong-side linebacker in college.
“First of all I would like to thank God, my family and coaches with Coach (Zach) Arnett, Coach (Matt) Brock, Coach (Joey) Jones and the whole Hail State coaching staff for this opportunity!,” Dozier wrote about his commitment. “I would like to thank all coaches that recruited me through this process and took the time to evaluate me and give me an opportunity! I would like to announce my commitment to Mississippi State! Hail State!”
