Iconic Mississippi State head coach Mike Leach tragically passed away Monday night at the age of 61. the college football world, in turn, mourned the passing of one of the greatest offensive minds the sports has ever seen.

Leach was one-of-a-kind and a game-changer. He was the architect of the Air Raid offense at Iowa Wesleyan, which he brought to Kentucky, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Washington State and Mississippi State, among others. His coaching tree is uber-impressive, with star coaches such as Sonny Dykes, Lincoln Riley, Josh Heupel, Kliff Kingsbury and more learning under Leach.
