The Mississippi State Bulldogs and coach Joe Moorhead are doing some good work on the recruiting trails early in the 2020 cycle.

However, that 2020 class took a hit on Wednesday, as a 3-star in-state wide receiver decided to decommit from the Bulldogs.

As you can see below, WR Alex Adams of South Pike High School in Magnolia, Mississippi, announced via Twitter that he was reopening his recruitment:

Per the 247Sports composite, Adams is the No. 87 wide receiver in the class of 2020 and the No. 10 overall recruit from the state of Mississippi.

The Bulldogs still have 11 players in their 2020 class, which currently ranks No. 15 in the country and No. 5 in the SEC, per 247Sports.
