Former Mississippi State offensive lineman Tobias Smith landed a high school coaching job at Forest High School in Forest, Mississippi.

Smith will coach the offensive line, according to the team’s Twitter account.

Smith played offensive guard at State from 2008-2012. His 2011 junior campaign was cut short due to an injury against LSU after tearing his ACL in his left knee.

Smith was a preseason All-SEC candidate prior to the 2011 season when he was injured. Smith was named SEC Co-Offensive Linemen of the Week on October 15, 2012.
