Video: Preview of ESPN feature on 'mama's boy' Dak Prescott for Mother's Day
Dak Prescott has never shied away from talking about his late mother and how she’s inspired his journey from playing high school football in Haughton, La. to setting records at Mississippi State and becoming the starting quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys.
In a video shared by ESPN’s “E:60,” the Worldwide Leader’s news magazine program featuring profiles and investigative stories, the relationship between Prescott and his mother will be the subject of a Mother’s Day feature on Sunday.

Peggy Prescott lost her battle with colon cancer in November 2013. Dak chose No. 4 for his Cowboys jersey number to honor her birthday, Sept. 4th. Prescott has said his mother’s ability to raise three children as a single parent has inspired his work ethic on the football field.
