WATCH: Joe Moorhead gives passionate post-game speech after big win over Texas A&M

Mississippi State’s schedule featured three games in October against top-16 teams (then-No. 8 Auburn, then-No. 5 LSU and No. 16 Texas A&M). The Bulldogs emerged 2-1 from that tough stretch after a big 28-13 win over the Aggies.
While the Auburn may have looked most impressive (at the time), first-year MSU coach Joe Moorhead appears to be most proud of the win over TAMU. In his post-game locker room speech, Moorehead told the team, “I don’t know that I have ever been this proud of a group of coaches and a group of players as I am of the people in this room right now.”
As he explains, that’s a big deal considering he has been in the game of football as either a player or a coach dating back to 1992.
