Looking to get its offense back on track amid a somewhat disappointing season, Mississippi State will play host to Texas A&M on Saturday.

In the hype video below, the Bulldogs are asked to “bring the thunder” and they’ll need to against RB Trayveon Williams, one of the best backs in the SEC, who has 798 rushing yards and eight TDs. It should be an interesting matchup against Montez Sweat and Jeffery Simmons along the defensive line.

On the other side, plenty of MSU fans will wonder how coach Joe Moorhead will handle QB Nick Fitzgerald, and if he’d be replaced by Keytaon Thompson, which is the scenario many fans would prefer. Fitzgerald has thrown just four touchdowns and seven interceptions in six starts, including four interceptions last week against LSU. Fitzgerald is still doing some things well, but the passing game has really struggled lately.

The Bulldogs have won the last two games in this series, and three of the last four. A win would mean Texas A&M would clinch bowl eligibility for a school-record 10th straight season.

The game is set for 6 p.m. local time on ESPN.
