WATCH: Mississippi State players mob Quinndary Weatherspoon in locker room following game-winning shot in NIT

Mississippi State may not have been invited to the NCAA Tournament this season but the Bulldogs appear to be having a great experience playing in the NIT as an alternative.
MSU won in dramatic fashion in the Second Round on the NIT on Sunday by beating Baylor on the road with a bucket as the final buzzer sounded. The three-pointer, made by Quinndary Weatherspoon immediately after Baylor took a two-point lead, won the game for the Bulldogs.
Following Weatherspoon’s game-winning three-pointer at the buzzer, his Mississippi State teammates were waiting for him to make his way into the visitors’ locker room in Baylor’s Ferrell Center. Once Weatherspoon showed his face, he was immediately mobbed by this Hail State teammates.
