It’s been a rough few weeks for Eli Drinkwitz’s Missouri program and the hits keep on coming as the Tigers have recently suffered three more defections from the roster.

Following the departure of recent signee Jadarrius Perkins (who has since committed to Florida) and senior Jarvis Ware, both of which were likely to start for the Tigers in 2021, Mizzou is also now down senior receiver Jalen Knox, junior defensive back Chris Mills and junior offensive lineman Mike Ruth.

Gabe DeArmond of PowerMizzou was the first to report the defections of Knox and Mills while Dave Matter of STL Today first shared the news of Ruth no longer being on the team in Columbia.

During his Mizzou career, Knox has 77 catches for 1,031 yards and four touchdowns. No player on the roster has as many catches or receiving yards in a Mizzou uniform as the numbers posted by Knox.

Mills and Ruth have been reserve players their entire career at Missouri.
