Brady Cook helped propel Missouri to a bowl game with his standout game against Arkansas’ defense. Behind Cook, Missouri beat the Hogs 29-27, notching its 6th win of the season.

The Mizzou signal caller has developed nicely over the last few weeks. That continued on Friday in the Battle Line Rivalry against Arkansas.

Cook finished 16-of-26 for 242 yards and 1 passing touchdown. The dual-threat quarterback also rushed for a team-high 18 carries for 138 yards and 1 touchdown. Once Missouri started running Cook, the offense took a step forward.

Missouri’s 29 points was the most it scored in any SEC game this year.

Perhaps, the only mistake Cook made in the came in the 4th quarter when he took a 6-yard sack. Mizzou then missed the 55-yard field goal. However, Cook and Mizzou got the ball back and was able to run the clock out.

Mizzou fans were taking note on social media, too.
