Daniel Blood, Class of 2023 WR, announces SEC commitment

Daniel Blood is thankful for his offer to play football for Missouri. The wide receiver out of Louisiana has pledged to play for Eli Drinkwitz’s program.

Blood made his Thanksgiving commitment announcement on Twitter Thursday afternoon.

Out of Destrehan, Blood is listed at 6 feet and 175 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Blood is rated 3-stars, the No. 42 Louisiana recruit, No. 178 wide receiver and No. 1,260 prospect overall in 2023.

Blood has also picked up scholarship offers from 15 other programs, including Liberty, Louisiana Tech, Memphis and Tulane. He was previously committed to Louisiana, but backed off his pledge to the Ragin’ Cajuns on Oct. 30.

With Blood on board, Mizzou now has 14 commitments in its 2023 class. Blood’s highlights can be viewed below, via Hudl:
