Eli Drinkwitz reveals 1 big lesson he learned during first season in the SEC

The Missouri Tigers surprised many fans and media members in 2020, going 5-5 during a 10-game, all-SEC season.

It was Year 1 under coach Eli Drinkwitz, so the sky is the limit heading into his second year in Columbia.

On Tuesday, Drinkwitz joined “The Paul Finebaum Show” and said he learned a lot in Year 1. The biggest lesson, he said, was that you have to win along the offensive and defensive lines to be successful in the SEC:

Drinkwitz has a quarterback returning to the team in Connor Bazelak, but he seems just as excited to have depth along the offensive and defensive lines.

Can the Tigers continue to win in the SEC under Drinkwitz’s leadership? We’ll find out this fall!
