The Tennessee Titans dominated national headlines on Tuesday, for all the wrong reasons.

The franchise had three players and five personnel test positive for COVID-19 following the Week 3 win over the Vikings, according to multiple reports. The Titans added three players to the COVID list on Tuesday afternoon, including a former Missouri player in veteran long snapper Beau Brinkley.

The 30-year-old Brinkley has been with the Titans his entire NFL career, after signing as an undrafted free agent following the 2012 NFL Draft. Brinkley was Missouri’s long snapper from 2008-2011 before the Tigers made the switch to the SEC for the 2012 season. His Mizzou career totaled 12 tackles.

The Titans also placed defensive lineman DaQuan Jones and tight end Tommy Hudson are the other two Titans players to be placed on the COVID list.

It is unclear whether or not the Titans will play their scheduled matchup with the Steelers on Sunday, but if they do, they will certainly be without their longtime long snapper.
