Kaleb Brown will be returning to Missouri for the 2023-24 season.

Brown announced that news on Tuesday afternoon. He had previously entered the transfer portal, but instead will return to the Tigers for next season.

Here’s his announcement:

Brown is the younger brother of Kobe Brown, who starred for the Tigers last season. Kobe, however, is headed to the NBA Draft to begin his pro career.

After considering his options in the portal, Kaleb opted to return for another season with the Tigers.

He could have a much bigger role with the Tigers in 2023-24. Last season, he played in just 11 games and averaged only 7.7 minutes per contest. He scored a season-high 4 points in Mizzou’s win over SIU-Edwardsville last November.

Mizzou has added several impact transfers this offseason as Dennis Gates and his staff look to rebuild its roster. Brown is expected to be 1 of just a few returners to Mizzou’s team for next season.
