Saturday’s Mizzou-South Carolina game has been an absolute mess — rain, penalties, back-and-forth lead changes and problems with the sideline headsets.
Now, the Tigers and Gamecocks are in their second lightning delay of the afternoon, and things are getting boring for those who aren’t players.
When you’re a mascot, like Mizzou’s Truman the Tiger, delays are boring, and this photo of Truman during the delay will make you sad:

That was during the first lightning delay, so we can’t even imagine how sad Truman must be now.
It’s OK, buddy. There’s still more football to play, and the Tigers have the ball with a chance to win the game. Keep that chin up!
