Missouri is one of a few teams still being considered by North Carolina guard transfer Caleb Love, according to a report.

Love, who is originally from St. Louis, entered the portal earlier this offseason after a disappointing junior campaign with the Tar Heels.

Per On3’s Joe Tipton, Love is also hearing from Michigan throughout this process.

Love just finished his 3rd season in Chapel Hill. Last season, he helped lead the Tar Heels all the way to the National Championship Game. His postseason included a clutch 3-pointer to defeat Duke in the Final Four.

However, Love and the Tar Heels struggled this past season. Love shot well under 40% from the floor and under 30% from 3-point range. Carolina failed to make the NCAA Tournament despite being the preseason No. 1 team in the AP Poll.

Love would potentially help Missouri next season. The Tigers will be looking to reach the NCAA Tournament in back-to-back seasons for the first time since 2012-13.
