Missouri Pro Day draws 32 NFL scouts, personnel
Missouri held its Pro Day on Wednesday, and the school reported that there were 32 NFL scouts and personnel (not from every franchise) on hand along with three offensive line coaches.
The Tigers had 10 participants overall, but six players got particular interest from the NFL scouts and personnel on hand in Columbia. Here’s a look at how each one performed.
LB Kentrell Brothers
The results below are from Brothers’ agent. None of the results would’ve ranked highly among linebackers at the NFL Combine. Still, Brothers’ 40-yard dash time of 4.72 is a significant improvement from his 4.89 showing in Indianapolis, although this one is hand-timed. He also added exactly three inches to his vertical jump. His 19 reps of 225 pounds matched his lift at the combine.

C Evan Boehm
Boehm and Connor McGovern got plenty of attention from scouts, who put them in more position-specific drills.

LT Connor McGovern
McGovern elected not to go on the bench press. I think he made his point at the combine with 33 reps, which was 2nd only to Arizona State’s Christian Westerman in Indy.

CB Kenya Dennis
Dennis, who didn’t perform at the combine, didn’t post the greatest 40-yard dash time. However, he impressed in the other workouts.

Obviously, Dennis has a tremendous physique, drawing an interesting comparison from someone in attendance.

His 10.5 inches would’ve ranked 6th among cornerbacks at the combine. Meanwhile, Dennis’ 36-inch vertical jump was 2nd only to receiver Wesley Leftwich among participating Tigers.

S Ian Simon
Here’s a look at Simon’s unofficial 4.56 in the dash. He also posted a 32-inch vertical and 15 bench reps.

WR Wesley Leftwich
Leftwich turned some heads by posting the best vertical of any participating player (36.5 inches), and he did the same on bench with 22 reps. Of course, McGovern and Boehm would’ve probably beat that if they elected to do the event.
