The sophomore from Dallas played in 11 games as a freshman in 2021, making 3 starts at the end of the season.
But there were no stats on record for Jackson this season, which could be why he has chosen to enter the transfer portal.
Jackson had 13 tackles as a freshman for Missouri, 10 of them solo tackles, and 1 tackle for loss. He also broke up 5 passes, which was the 3rd-most on the team.
In a late-season game against Florida in 2021, Jackson registered a career-high 5 tackles, 1 tackle for loss and 2 pass breakups.
Jackson was only rated a 3-star cornerback prospect coming out of high school by all the major recruiting services.
His uncle is Brian Jackson, who played his college ball at Oklahoma and who played in the NFL for the New York Giants and St. Louis Rams.
