At this point in the summer, injuries are the last thing teams want to deal with are injuries.

Unfortunately for the Missouri Tigers, they are dealing with three key players missing time with various ailments, and all three reportedly missed practice on Tuesday.

RB Ish Witter, DE Marcell Frazier and CB Christian Holmes are all out, according to a Mizzou team spokesman:

All three players were projected to have big roles this season, but their statuses won’t be known until coach Barry Odom speaks with the media following Tuesday’s practice.

Holmes’s injury — a dislocated shoulder — sounds like it may need the most time to heal, which is bad news for the sophomore, who was projected to receive significant playing time in the secondary.
