Mizzou lands commitment from 2024 OL out of Omaha, former Illinois pledge

Caleb Pyfrom has switched sides in the Arch Rivalry. The former Illinois pledge is now verbally committed to Mizzou ahead of the Early Signing Period.
Pyfrom, a lineman out of Nebraska, made the announcement on Monday via social media.

A standout of Omaha Central High School, Pyfrom is listed as measuring 6-5 and 315 pounds. On the 247Sports Composite, Pyfrom is rated 3-stars, the No. 7 players in the state of Nebraska, No. 53 interior offensive lineman and No. 727 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.
Pyfrom has picked up scholarship offers from 12 programs during his recruitment. He committed to Illinois in June after an official visit to Champaign. In October, he decommitted from the Illini. Penn State, Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa, Colorado, Minnesota and Nebraska are among the other programs to show interest in Pyfrom.
