College football is back, and Missouri is ready to get things started.

On Saturday, the Tigers are set to take on Central Michigan in their first game of the 2021 season. It has the potential to be a good start for Mizzou, which is entering the second year of the Eli Drinkwitz era.

After going 5-5 in 2020, the Tigers may have an opportunity to finish with a winning record for the first time since 2018. And it would help if they get off to a strong start.

This is the first time that Missouri and Central Michigan are facing off. The Chippewas played only 6 games in 2020, going 3-3.
