Mizzou is entering Year 1 under new head coach Dennis Gates, and the Tigers have plenty of roster turnover to deal with.

But, Gates has been reaching out to some key players in the transfer portal, and on Saturday, another talented guard was added to the mix.

Per a report by RHoops Recruiting on Twitter, Mizzou has reached out to Holy Cross guard Kyrell Luc, who was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Year this past season:

VCU, Cal, Minnesota, St. Bonaventure, Marshall, UIC and UC Davis are among the other schools to show interest in Luc, per the report.

Luc appeared in 31 games for the Crusaders in 2021-22, starting all of them. He averaged 13 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.5 steals per contest.
