Missouri wide receiver J’Mon Moore has responded to criticism from SEC Network analyst Jordan Rodgers.

After the Tigers’ game at Kentucky on Saturday, Rodgers said Moore should have handed the ball directly to the ref on a play late in the game, which would have saved his team some time on its final drive.

“He dropped it and got a bad bounce. 2 min drill 101,” Rodgers said.

Rodgers’ tweet was in response to this Saturday Down South article which sequences the final moments of the game.

Essentially, Rodgers was saying Moore’s actions were part of what led to so much time running off the clock during the game’s final sequences.

Moore argued that was not the case. He said the ball was knocked out of his hand.
