Just when it looked like Aldon Smith had his life together, some unfortunate news has been shared out of Louisiana.

Smith was one of the best stories in the NFL last season as he successfully made a comeback to the league after missing four seasons after a long battle against substance abuse.

After not suiting up since the 2015 NFL season, Smith appeared in all 16 games for the Cowboys last season and registered 48 tackles, five sacks, 14 quarterback hits, two fumble recoveries and he even scored a defensive touchdown.

Last week, the Seahawks announced they had signed Smith.

Now comes word from Travers Mackrel of WDSU that Smith is wanted by St. Bernard Parish Sheriff James Pohlmann in connection to a battery charge. Mackrel also reports there is a video of the alleged incident.
