As the signings rolled in for Missouri on Wednesday, many fans were wondering where the paperwork for 2020 DT commit Kevon Billingsley was.
Billingsley is a 3-star defensive line commit out of East St. Louis, and it appears he is dealing with some major legal trouble.
Per Gabe DeArmond of PowerMizzou.com, Billingsley was arrested on a felony grand larceny charge last week:

Per the Chesterfield Police Department’s crime report, Billingsley and 2 females were arrested on Dec. 13 for stealing clothing from an outlet mall.
Whether or not Billingsley eventually signs with the Tigers remains to be seen, as this is a serious charge. Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Billingsley is the No. 55 defensive tackle in the 2020 class and the No. 9 overall recruit from the state of Illinois.
