After the SEC lost 2 softball teams on Saturday in Auburn and LSU, which saw their seasons end in the NCAA Regionals, several Super Regional berths were on the line on Sunday.

Arkansas, Florida and Mississippi State advanced to the Supers, as the Razorbacks got 6 runs in the 6th inning to knock off Oregon, and the Gators demolished Wisconsin, 11-0, Sunday afternoon. Mississippi State beat Florida State twice on Sunday to clinch the program’s first appearance in a Super Regional, an event the program will host.

For Florida, it’s the ninth straight and 14th overall NCAA Super Regional in program history with the win. For Arkansas, it’s the third Super Regionals appearance since 2018.

One surprise of the day was Alabama seeing its season end with a loss to Stanford. The Crimson Tide beat Stanford, 4-0, to force a winner-take-all game, but a late rally by the Cardinal gave the visitors the 6-0 win and ended the Crimson Tide’s 2022 season.

Tennessee fell to Oregon State, 3-1, as the Vols had to win to keep its season alive, and Ole Miss lost to UCLA, 9-1. Oklahoma ended Texas A&M’s season with a 20-0 decision. Virginia Tech ended Kentucky’s season, 5-4, in Blacksburg. Arizona knocked off Missouri, 1-0, to end the Tigers’ season. And Duke knocked off Georgia, 13-5, as the Bulldogs’ season ended.
