The NCAA Softball Tournament is scheduled to continue Thursday, May 26 through Sunday, May 29 with the Super Regionals. The NCAA Softball Tournament started Friday, May 20, 2022, as 64 teams began their quest to reach the Women’s College World Series; however, just 16 teams remain in the tournament. Originally, 32 teams were selected on an at-large basis by the Division I Softball Committee. Sixteen teams were seeded and placed at one of the 16 regional sites.

The Arkansas Razorbacks host the Texas Longhorns Thursday night at 7 p.m. ET to kick off the Super Regionals. Clemson also travels to Oklahoma State Thursday night for a 9:30 p.m. ET start. Only 2 games are scheduled for Thursday, with the rest being played Friday, May 27 through Sunday, May 29.

The Super Regionals are a best-of-3 series.

Five of the top 16 seeds were eliminated in regional play: No. 2 Florida State, No. 6 Alabama, No. 11 Tennessee, No. 13 Washington and No. 15 Missouri.
