Baseball America Top 25: 11 SEC teams crack post-Week 3 rankings

LSU, Mississippi State and Texas baseball sit atop the SEC in Baseball America’s latest Top 25 rankings. The three aforementioned teams all make up part of the top 5, with Auburn (No. 6), Georgia (No. 8), Arkansas (No. 9) and Oklahoma (No. 10) included in the top 10.
That’s not all, though. Florida, Ole Miss, Tennessee and Texas A&M are also in Baseball America’s latest rankings, coming in at No. 14, No. 17, No. 19 and No. 20, respectively.
Here’s a look at the full top 25 through the first 3 weeks of the season.
As you can see, while the SEC dominated the top 25 this week (as it will most weeks this season), the UCLA Bruins sit atop the country at No. 1. UCLA just outlasted a strong effort from No. 3 Mississippi State on Sunday night, earning an 8-7 win in extra innings.
