SEC baseball expands to 16 teams next year with the additions of Oklahoma and Texas into the conference.

All 16 teams will play 2 permanent opponents starting in 2025. A report from D1baseball’s Kendall Rogers revealed each team’s opponents on Thursday.

Here’s who all 16 teams will face off against every year starting in 2025:

  • Alabama: Tennessee, Auburn
  • Arkansas: Ole Miss, Mizzou
  • Auburn: Alabama, Georgia
  • Florida: Georgia, South Carolina
  • Georgia: Florida, Auburn
  • Kentucky: South Carolina, Vanderbilt
  • LSU: Mississippi State, Texas A&M
  • Mississippi State: LSU, Ole Miss
  • Mizzou: Arkansas, Oklahoma
  • Oklahoma: Mizzou, Texas
  • Ole Miss: Mississippi State, Arkansas
  • South Carolina: Florida, Kentucky
  • Tennessee: Vanderbilt, Alabama
  • Texas: Oklahoma, Texas A&M
  • Texas A&M: Texas A&M, LSU
  • Vanderbilt: Kentucky, Tennessee

It seems like the SEC got most everything right here. The traditional rivalries such as MSU-Ole Miss, Vanderbilt-Tennessee, Texas-Oklahoma and so on are all kept alive with a mostly intact sense of regionality as well.

Are there any missing matchups that the SEC missed on?
