College Basketball AP Top 25: Florida climbs into the Top 5

The Florida Gators are back in the top 5 of the AP Top 25 for the first time since Week 1. It’s a fitting ranking, too – the Gators won the SEC regular season title on Saturday night after beating Arkansas in a one-sided affair, 111-77.
The Gators are inching closer to a 1-seed following perhaps their best week of the season. Kalshi gives Florida a 55% chance to secure a 1-seed among the likes of Michigan, Arizona, Duke and UConn.
Elsewhere, four other SEC teams cracked the first top 25 poll of March. Alabama rose one spot to No. 16 after its win over Tennessee, which subsequently dropped 1 spot to No. 23. Arkansas stayed put at No. 20 while Vanderbilt rose one spot to No. 24. Kentucky and Missouri landed just outside the top 25.
