College Basketball AP Top 25: Kentucky returns, Tennessee drops out

The latest College Basketball AP Top 25 poll has been released for the week of Feb. 9, and 4 SEC teams are ranked heading into a crucial stretch of SEC hoops.
The biggest change of the week, as far as the SEC is concerned, is thanks to what went down at Rupp Arena on Saturday night. The Kentucky Wildcats are back in the poll, stealing Tennessee’s No. 25 spot from the week prior. The Vols, subsequently, are out of the top 25 after giving up another double-digit lead in a loss to the Wildcats.
Florida, Arkansas and Vanderbilt also cracked the top 25, though Vanderbilt fell considerably thanks to its loss to Oklahoma on Saturday afternoon. The Commodores’ late (but ultimately unsuccessful) push probably saved them from tumbling even further, too.
The Gators are again the top-ranked team in the conference after a dominant win over Texas A&M in College Station on Saturday. The Gators come in at No. 14 in this latest poll. Finally, there’s Arkansas, which bounced back after a loss to Kentucky last Saturday, beating Mississippi State 88-68.
Outside of the SEC, Arizona is still the top dog (cat?) The Wildcats remain undefeated with a perfect 23-0 record. Could the Wildcats lose that perfect streak tonight against Kansas?
