ESPN Analytics predicts the outcome of Vanderbilt vs. Florida SEC Tournament semifinal

Florida (26-6, 16-2) will look to reach the SEC Tournament Championship Game for the third year in a row when it takes on Vanderbilt (25-7, 11-7) in the semifinals on March 14. ESPN Analytics has predicted the outcome and is giving Florida a 69.3 percent chance of defeating Vanderbilt.
Florida is coming off a 71-63 win vs. Kentucky in the SEC Tournament quarterfinals. Alex Condon led the Gators with a double-double of 22 points and 10 rebounds, along with two blocks.
Meanwhile, Vanderbilt defeated Tennessee 75-68 in the SEC Tournament quarterfinals. Vanderbilt’s Duke Miles scored a game-high 30 points on 11-of-14 shooting and made four of his five 3-pointers.
This will be a rematch of the regular-season matchup that Florida won 98-94 on Jan. 17. Xaivian Lee paced Florida with 20 points while Tyler Tanner had 20 points for Vanderbilt. Florida leads the all-time series 76-73 against Vanderbilt, including three of the last four matchups.
Defending national champion Florida is seeking its sixth SEC Tournament title and its first back-to-back conference titles since a 3-peat in 2005-2007. Florida is being pegged by bracketology gurus as a potential No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
Florida vs. Vanderbilt will tip off at 1 p.m. ET and will be televised on ESPN.
