ESPN’s Joe Lunardi updates seed list, lists 6 SEC teams in NCAA bracket
ESPN’s Joe Lunardi released his latest seed list Monday, which is an early projection of what the NCAA Tournament field would like as of today.
Leading the way for the SEC is Alabama, which already owns victories this season over Gonzaga and Houston. The Crimson Tide would be a No. 2 seed right now according to Lunardi.
Joining Alabama from the SEC are LSU as a 3-seed, Tennessee as a 4-seed, Arkansas and Kentucky as 6-seeds, and Florida as a 10-seed.
Lunardi also has Mississippi State as one of his first 4 teams out.
Defending national champion Baylor is Lunardi’s current No. 1 overall seed. The Bears are joined on the top line by Duke, Gonzaga, and Purdue.
