WATCH: Flop of the year? Oregon player goes all out to sell foul on Virginia

Ehab Amin should be embarrassed.
Oregon’s senior guard played hard on Thursday night, racking up eight points, four rebounds, one assist and one steal in 19 minutes on the court in a losing effort to Virginia but he also displayed one of the most egregious flops of the year. Credit is somewhat due, as his acting somehow worked on the referee.
As if we needed any more evidence that the officiating in the 2019 NCAA Tournament has been questionable at best, Virginia’s Mamadi Diakite was initially charged with a technical foul on this play.
After reviewing the play at the monitor, the refs kept the foul on Diakite but also gave one out to Amin for his epic flop.
