The Northeast Conference Tournament championship between Bryant and Wagner was interrupted with 4:37 remaining in a lopsided game as a fight appeared to break out in the stands. What’s more, players from Wagner appeared to join in on the fracas.
As officials tried to get control of the event, it appeared that some fans were ejected from the building, and the teams returned to the locker room in a game that had Bryant leading 68-32 over Wagner.
Here’s video of the incident, and social media reaction:

Really ugly scene between Bryant and Wagner with a fight in the stands and it looked like a Wagner player to two was involved. They’re now kicking all the fans out of the stands.

#NECMBB title game is held at 4:37 remaining and Bryant leading 68-32 over Wagner as melee breaks out behind Wagner bench and its fans are out of the gym.
No reason to resume game.— Mo Krochmal (@Krochmal) March 9, 2022
When the Wagner fans connect on more shots in the stands against Bryant than the actual players…blowout and and explosion. Game stoppage with 4:37 left in the game. Clearing the stands and the players were sent to the locker room.

Is anyone watching the Wagner vs Bryant basketball game on ESPN2?? Holy shit….there are fights everywhere. They shuttled the teams into the locker room and there are people still throwing things. Police everywhere. 😳
