Kentucky basketball announces change to neutral-site game vs. Indiana
Kentucky and Indiana have finalized details for their upcoming neutral-site game later this year.
The 2 college basketball blue bloods will meet on the hardwood at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Friday, Nov. 20. This game was previously scheduled for Dec. 27.
The game was presumably moved due to a conflict with the Indianapolis Colts, who play their home games at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Colts are scheduled to play the Cincinnati Bengals at home on either Dec. 26 or Dec. 27.
A tip-off time for this game will be announced at a later date.
Both Indiana and Kentucky have high expectations going into next season. The Wildcats will be looking to make a jump next season, particularly after they learned starting center Malachi Moreno will return to Lexington for his sophomore season.

Indiana is also expected to contend for a spot in the top-25 next year. The Hoosiers are led by Darian DeVries, who is entering his 2nd season at the helm. IU went 18-14 this past season and missed out on the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive season.
Kentucky basketball is 32-25 all-time against Indiana. The Wildcats beat IU 72-60 this past season in Lexington. Prior to last season, Kentucky and Indiana hadn’t met since facing off in the NCAA Tournament back in 2016.
The series with Indiana also includes games in 2027 (Lexington) and 2028 (Bloomington).
