Latest CBS Sports’ 2021 NBA Mock Draft features 7 SEC players going in Round 1

The 2021 NBA Draft will take place next month, and we’re likely to see several SEC stars hear their names called in Round 1.

As we finalize the list of players who are keeping their names in the draft class, a number of SEC standouts are among those making the jump to the pros.

On Monday, CBS Sports analyst Colin Ward-Henninger updated his first-round predictions. And, as you can see below, he included 7 SEC stars:

• No. 10 — Moses Moody, G, Arkansas — New Orleans Pelicans
• No. 16 — Keon Johnson, G, Tennessee — Boston Celtics
• No. 21 — Isaiah Jackson, F, Kentucky — New York Knicks
• No. 23 — Tre Mann, G, Florida — Houston Rockets
• No. 28 — Cam Thomas, G, LSU — Philadelphia 76ers
• No. 29 — Jaden Springer, G, Tennessee — Phoenix Suns
• No. 30 — Sharife Cooper, G, Auburn — Utah Jazz
