NCAA Tournament 2026: TV info, tipoff times revealed for Sweet 16 games

CBS Sports and TNT Sports have announced tip times and commentator teams for the Sweet 16 taking place on Thursday and Friday.
After the first weekend, four SEC teams have made it out and are dancing their way into the Sweet 16. 6-seed Tennessee, 4-seed Alabama, 4-seed Arkansas, and 11-seed Texas all have a chance to represent the SEC in the Elite Eight with a win. Let’s take a look at the tipoff times and TV information for each team.
11-seed Texas will be the first SEC team to tipoff in the Sweet 16. They will take on 2-seed Purdue to open up the Sweet 16 on Thursday, March 26, at 7:10 p.m. ET. CBS Sports will have the game with Brian Anderson and Jim Jackson on the call.
Following this game, 4-seed Arkansas will take on 1-seed Arizona on CBS. The tipoff is set for 9:45 p.m. ET and will have the same CBS crew as above. The official tipoff will be determined based on the conclusion of Texas-Purdue.
The SEC will be back in action on Friday, March 27, with 4-seed Alabama taking on 1-seed Michigan. Tipoff is set for 7:35 p.m. ET on TBS/truTV with Andrew Catalon and Steve Lappas on the call.
Rounding out the SEC slate in the Sweet 16, 6-seed Tennessee will take on 2-seed Iowa State at 10:10 p.m. ET on TBS/truTV. Catalon and Lappas will also be on the call for this one.
