Ron Holland is narrowing down his recruitment. The top-10 prospect from Texas has trimmed his final 5 to a final 3.
Holland, a highly rated power forward, named Arkansas, Texas and UCLA as his final 3 teams on Friday. Holland told Joe Tipton of On3 that he plans to make a decision “in a couple of weeks.” He has visited all 3 finalists.

On June 19, Holland revealed a final 5 that featured his Arkansas, Texas and UCLA along with Kentucky and the NBA’s G League.
Holland, out of Duncanville (Texas), is listed at 6-8, 195 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Holland is rated 5-stars, the No. 1 Lone Star State product, No. 3 power forward and No. 10 prospect overall in the class of 2023.
