It’s important to note we’re talking hypothetically here — like most recruiting projections — and all of these players could sign with SEC teams, but several other elite programs are interested and are working hard to ensure that doesn’t happen.
Rashan Gary, DT, Five-star, uncommitted (Paramus, N.J.)
Gary will takE an unofficial visit to Michigan this weekend, and when a major blue-chip prospect like Gary decides to take a visit to a program on his own dime it’s a good bet that’s where he’ll land. Ole Miss, Auburn and Alabama are all in the picture to varying levels, but it would be a major shock if Gary isn’t a Wolverine on signing day.
Landon Dickerson, OT, Four-star, uncommitted (Hudson, N.C.)
Florida State is battling with Auburn, Tennessee and Alabama for this highly-touted lineman. Alabama is getting his official visit this weekend. Florida received an official last weekend but is still considered a long shot.
Brandon Jones, S, Four-star, uncommitted (Nacogdoches, Texas)
What was thought to be more of an in-state battle between Texas, Texas A&M and Baylor just got a little more interesting with Arkansas now in the mix and getting an official visit. The 247 Sports crystal ball has Jones as a solid Texas A&M lean, but his recruitment is far from over.
Nate Craig-Myers, WR, Four-star, uncommitted (Tampa, Fla.)
Craig-Myers was once an Auburn commit and could very well commit to a return to the Plains on signing day. But there are several other options, including North Carolina and Florida State. Florida would be another SEC possibility.
Brian Burns, DE, Four-star, uncommitted (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.)
A Florida-FSU battle has extended to Georgia after Burns had a great official visit there on Jan. 15. Florida gets its shot at Burns on Jan. 22 and Florida State gets the final official on the 29th.
Deontay Anderson, S, Four-star, uncommitted (Manvel, Texas)
Anderson has listed Ole Miss as his favorite, but Texas has made this recruitment a lot more interesting after receiving an official visit on Jan. 15. Ole Miss and LSU will get their official visits in the next two weekends as they try to lure this top Texas prospect out of state.
Trayvon Mullen, CB, Four-star, uncommitted (Pompano Beach, Fla.)
Mullen has released his final five schools and will choose between LSU, TCU, Louisville, Clemson and Florida State on National Signing Day. Mullen seemed like an LSU lean early, but he’s been all over the place with his recruitment and is very hard to predict.
Jauan Williams, OT, Four-star, uncommitted (Washington, D.C.)
Williams was a heavy Florida State lean until he took his official visit to Texas A&M this weekend and now the Aggies are in play. Georgia also jumped into the mix and will get an official visit. Oklahoma is another school to look out for as Williams’ recruitment is far from settled.

Terrell Hall, DE, Four-star, uncommitted (Washington, D.C.)
Another prospect from the nation’s capital that’s hard to predict. Hall has taken officials to Florida State and Maryland and has visits to Alabama and Ole Miss remaining. The general consensus is Alabama is the team to beat.
Sam Bruce, WR, Four-star, Miami commit (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.)
It seemed like Bruce was prepared to flip his commitment to Florida or South Carolina and then Urban Meyer got involved. The Gators official visit scheduled for this week is no longer happening. Bruce seems like Ohio State right now.

But he’s still a little torn with his commitment to Miami.

And he’s still accepting the love from Gamecock fans.

So let’s see how this goes.
Keith Gavin, WR, Four-star, uncommitted (Crawfordville, Fla.)
Another Florida wide receiver on the list and this time it looks like it might come down to Alabama and Florida State with Florida and Georgia both on the outside looking in. Gavin took his official to Alabama on Jan. 15 and will take his final official visit to FSU on Jan. 22.
