The Tennessee Volunteers added another brick to the foundation of their rebuilding process. 2015 Oakland High School (Murfreesboro, Tenn.,) commit Jack Jones signed early scholarship papers with Tennessee Monday, electing to enroll this upcoming January.

The 6-food-4, 278-pound offensive tackle committed to Tennessee on May 9, 2013. Jones is a consensus 4-star prospect and ranks as the No. 2 player from the state of Tennessee, according to Rivals and ESPN. Jones hinted at his signing yesterday on Twitter:

Jones’ high school team, the Oakland Patriots, finished their regular season with a 9-1 (5-1 District 7 6A) and will face Mt. Juliet in round one of the TSSAA 6A Playoffs. Jones expressed his optimism of playing under head coach Butch Jones following his ceremony Monday: Â
