2022 NCAA Softball Tournament Super Regionals schedule (Updated May 29, 2022)

The 2022 NCAA Softball Tournament Super Regionals conclude Sunday, May 29. The tournament started on May 20 with regional action, as 64 teams began their quest to reach the Women’s College World Series. Thirty-two teams were originally selected on an at-large basis by the Division I Softball Committee. Sixteen teams were seeded and placed at one of the 16 regional sites.

Six softball teams have already punched their tickets to the Women’s College World Series: Oklahoma, UCLA, Texas, Oregon State, Oklahoma State and Arizona.

Two games happen Sunday to finalize the 8 Women’s College World Series teams. Florida plays Virginia Tech at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN in the winner-take-all Game 3. Arizona State also plays Northwestern in a Game 3 rubber match at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPNU.

The Women’s College World Series will be played in Oklahoma City at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium – OGE Energy Field – on June 2 – 10.
