The 2023 NCAA Tournament Selection Show will take place in less than 2 weeks, and then the March Madness field of 68 teams will be set!

On Tuesday, ESPN’s Joe Lunardi released his updated bracketology projections, and he included 8 SEC teams in the tournament field.

As you can see below, he has Alabama as the top overall seed in the tournament. Auburn is 1 of the last 4 byes and Mississippi State is currently among the “Last 4 In”:

  • Alabama — No. 1 seed (South)
  • Tennessee — No. 3 seed (East)
  • Kentucky — No. 6 seed (South)
  • Texas A&M — No. 8 seed (Midwest)
  • Mizzou — No. 8 seed (West)
  • Arkansas — No. 8 seed (East)
  • Auburn — No. 11 seed (West)
  • Mississippi State — No. 11 seed (Midwest)

With 1 week left in the regular season, every game will become even more important. Can Auburn score an upset win over either Alabama or Tennessee to stay in the tourney field? Can Alabama remain in the top overall spot?

We’ll find out over these next couple of weeks!
