2023 NFL Mock Draft: CBS Sports’ latest projections include 13 SEC players in Round 1

The 2023 NFL Draft will be here in a matter of a couple of months, with the NFL Combine starting in Indianapolis at the end of February.
This week, CBS Sports expert Ryan Wilson updated his Round 1 mock draft and he had 13 SEC stars going in the first 31 picks.
Below, you can see where he has each of those SEC standouts going, starting with a pair of Alabama players at No. 1 and No. 2 overall:
- No. 1 — Will Anderson Jr., Edge, Alabama — Chicago Bears
- No. 2 — Bryce Young, QB, Alabama — Houston Texans
- No. 5 — Jalen Carter, DL, Georgia — Seattle Seahawks
- No. 7 — Will Levis, QB, Kentucky — Las Vegas Raiders
- No. 9 — Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida — Carolina Panthers
- No. 13 –O’Cyrus Torrence, OL, Florida — New York Jets
- No. 17 — Brian Branch, DB, Alabama — Pittsburgh Steelers
- No. 23 — Drew Sanders, Edge, Arkansas — Minnesota Vikings
- No. 25 — Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia — New York Giants
- No. 26 — Jalin Hyatt, WR, Tennessee — Dallas Cowboys
- No. 28 — Broderick Jones, OL, Georgia — Cincinnati Bengals
- No. 29 — Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Alabama — New Orleans Saints
- No. 30 — Cam Smith, CB, South Carolina — Philadelphia Eagles
