As the lone unbeaten Power 5 squad, it’s clear to many people that Alabama is the best team in college. Add the 45 voters of the Super 16 poll to that list.

A mix of distinguished football writers and hall of famers have the Crimson Tide at No. 1 after a wild Week 11. Two of Alabama’s division rivals make the poll, but at the opposite end of the spectrum.

The full poll:

1. Alabama (45 first place votes)

2. Ohio State

3. Michigan

4. Louisville

5. Clemson

6. Wisconsin

7. Washington

8. Penn State

9. Oklahoma

10. West Virginia

T11. Colorado

T11. Utah

13. Oklahoma State

14. USC

15. LSU

T16. Auburn

T16. Western Michigan

A vote is worth a varying number of points based on rank. Alabama had 720 points with all 45 first place votes while Auburn and Western Michigan tied for No. 16 at 64 points. Three SEC teams received votes, but did not make the cut: Texas A&M (46 points), Florida (20) and Tennessee (1).

Members of the Football Writers Association of America and National Football Foundation vote on the weekly Super 16 poll. The point values for all 16 teams can be viewed here.
