Four SEC teams are featured in the latest “Super 16,” the weekly poll put out by the Football Writers Association of America (FWAA) and the National Football Foundation (NFF).

In the Week 6 poll, released Sunday, Georgia, Alabama and Kentucky remain ranked. Arkansas was ranked in Week 5 but fell out of the poll after losing to Ole Miss. The Rebels, who were dropped last week after their loss to Alabama, are back in the rankings at No. 13.

After suffering its first loss of the 2021 season, Alabama dropped out of the top spot in the poll for the first time this season. The Big Ten led all conferences with 5 teams in the poll, all of whom ranked in the Top 10. The SEC has 4 teams, and the Big 12 2 teams, the ACC, American, Independents, Pac-12 and Sun Belt had one team each.
