Oklahoma just added another huge in-state commit to its class of 2022.

Gentry Williams announced his commitment to the Sooners on Monday. Williams is a 4-star corner from Booker T. Washington High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma via 247Sports Composite. Williams was recruited by Oklahoma’s cornerbacks coach Roy Manning and defensive coordinator Alex Grinch.

Williams made sure to give the ‘horns down’ symbol after announcing his decision. Other schools inside Williams’ final four included the likes of Florida, USC, and Missouri.

The Sooners currently have the 7th best recruiting class of 2022. Williams is the ninth 4-star commit for Oklahoma.

Steve Wiltfong of 247 Sports talked about what Williams can bring to Norman next fall.
